Follow the sidewalk around the left side of the welcome center to where the restrooms are. You should see a wooden fence surrounding several A/C units. The letterbox is on the right side between the bush and the fence. It is almost directly in front of a big blue sign that says I-40 West Cumberland County Rest Area.
