Oak Orchard Harbor offers a pleasant destination or day launch for the cruising sailor; power boater or sea kayaker. The tree-lined gorge, carved by the Oak Orchard River, provides a scenic backdrop for a full service port featuring a professional charter fleet, sailing clubs, parks, marine sales and repairs, gas, pump out stations, lodging and restaurants. The harbor is protected by jetties and a break wall. Dredged channel depth is about 8 feet and varies upstream to about 18 feet.

Follow the path that leads to the lake. The 79th post marks your destination. To the right beneath the concrete "bump", hidden by smaller stones, is your prize.
