From route 31 turn onto White Street, follow White Street to the Erie Canal lift bridge.
Park in the lot before the bridge.
Cross the bridge to the north side of the canal.
Walk towards the rising sun on the towpath.
There is a great place to sit where the rocks met the concrete.
If you casually look among the rocks you will find what you seek.
Please be very careful when looking and stamping as this is an area enjoyed by many. Rehide Towpath carefully and take sometime to enjoy the area.
