Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park off Burnt Hickory Rd.
Take the trail south from trailhead across from Old Mountain Road. Follow the main trail about 1 mile until you come to a large bridge. Cross the bridge, then walk about 15 steps. Look to your right. You will see a rectangular boulder against a tree. To its right, about 25 feet in to the woods (slightly uphill), you will see a tree with a hole in its base about 1 foot off the ground. Look inside.
