Park in the lot to the west of Winflo Drive off of west 6th Street in Austin, TX. From the western lamppost in the lot, take 43 steps at a heading of 43. The orange arrow points the way, but at the wrong elevation (simia est sub scalis). Look for a lonely flat rock.
