The Clatskanie Library is located on 11 Lillich street in Clatskanie. If you stand at the library entrance and look North, you will see a children's reading gazebo. As you enter the gazebo you will find Rapunzel. March diagonally from her towards a very tall tree, about 8-10 steps. Look in the grass beneath a smaller tree. Look for a small red tin.
