The dragon is lurking around the grounds of Dunning's Springs Park in Decorah, IA, located off of Quarry St/Ice Cave Rd.
Clues:
-From the parking lot, take wooden bridge over springs and ascend first set of stairs to a landing.
-Stand at the base of the second staircase. Being very discrete, step off of the landing and look to the left-hand side of this second staircase.
-The box is tucked up under the base of the fourth stair.
