Status of Minibox: Box was found!!! Stamp is broken, but you can still stamp.
The "Ink in the Lake" minibox is located in Inks Lake S.P., on Inks Lake. This park is huge, with tons of camping, picnicing, boating, hiking, cabins and more.
Directions:
From Burnet, go west on Hwy 29. Turn right on Park Road 4 to park on the right. Enter and pay fee. Turn left at junction and continue to campsite #338. You may be able to park near the fishing pier here, or by restrooms.
To the minibox:
Park in the small lot by the pier and follow the trail that starts between the two yellow poles, take the trail along the shore until you are under power lines. A few steps further, look left for 2 large boulders. The minibox is on back side of these boulders, at base of the cedar tree under a rock pile.
