Amazing News! This Letterbox has been here all the time, just moved vertically (Up) about 2 feet..... Ha! Thanks to those that notified me.
Local Clue:
Done by bbudster bbyy (1875) Hill bBristol [esuoh llod] bbyy hollow bbyy stoneyy around right.
General Clue:
A small semi-circle on the right what was once an old section of road next to a steep eroding rocky & muddy bank.
Rules for first clue: remove a set of b'S and some y's and read backwards.
28 is the road that cuts through the Park.
It used to be:
hung on the bottom rung of a three cornered
"Catskill Mountain" bulletin board.
and all you needed to do was to lift the LB about 4 inches so that the wire "freed" its self from the post.
*now you have to get on your hands and knees to crawl to get to it"
What a strange Letterbox this has been!........ peace & love
