This box is missing. Thank you for your understanding. At Tamworth Four Corners, take Route 113A for @3.4 miles to Fowlers Mill Road. Proceed down this road @1.3 miles to Paugus Road. Sign says Liberty & Brook Trail on your left. Go @2/10's of a mile to a green house. Bear left at trail sign. It's small, but it's there. Continue on @6/10's of a mile to the parking lot. There is a day fee of $3.00 that covers all of the White Mountain National Forest recreation areas. The Liberty Trail starts at the left of the kiosk. You will go over a water bar. At the second water bar, you will see a large pine @21 adult paces ahead. A rotten log facing away from the trail is behind this tree. At the far end of this log, is what you seek. If you wish, you may continue on to the summit for a fantastic view of the Mount Washington Valley. (After all, you DID pay $3.00 didn't you??) As always, we ask you to please rehide what you have found.
