Find Raccoon Run Trail at Kennekuk Cove.
Enter the trees; at the Y keep right.
Fifty steps past the second trail post is a semi-blackened snag.
Go six more steps and see the 3 from 1 at due north, about ten steps off the trail.
Raccoon is hiding in the crotch of the tree
Under a leaning log.
Be sure when you replace the box, it isn't clearly visible from the trail!
Enter the trees; at the Y keep right.
