The Rancho Ponte Winery microbox is located east of Fredericksburg, toward Luchenbach, in a new facility which is very spacious and nice. The wine is very good. We liked all we tasted, with the Zinfandel Port being our favorite. There is a charge for tasting.
Directions:
From Fredericksburg go east on Hwy 290, then left on Hwy 1376 for about 1 mile, then left into parking lot.
To the Microbox:
Go in and taste, then exit out and go left and around back of building to restrooms. Find the 3 pole (middle) holding up the overhang. Box is hidden in medal base of the 3rd pole, on the left side.
