~I have driven by this monument so many times and finally stopped to really look at it. I took the picture and then decided to carve the stamp. If you are driving by, stop and take a look.
From the side where the picture was taken,

go to the left and look under the first tall shrub/bush there. It is flush with the ground and covered to make it look natural.
Gray ink would work well for this one.
