The good news is that there is a Vocal Hall of Fame located in downtown Sharon, PA. The bad news is that it is temporarily closed with no re-opening date in sight. On the plus side, the Hall of Fame is one of Jim Winner's pet projects. . .so the likelihood of it re-opening is high. So, we planted a box there.
To find the microbox:
Take E State Street into downtown Sharon heading west towards the Ohio border. The Hall of Fame is supposedly being relocated into the old Columbia Theatre which has been renovated but is closed. It's located about 5 storefronts west down from The Winner department store. There are some neat handprints/footprints/names in the sidewalk in front of the theatre from some classic vocal groups who where here for the Hall of Fame opening.
Looking at the theatre from the street you should be standing in front of a small courtyard. Go to the right side of the courtyard back in from of the theatre. You should see 3 landscape rocks in this area which form a rough triangle pattern. Go to the rock farthest to the left. Microbox is wedged in the back underneath rock.
