Status of Microbox: Alive and Well on 9/11/2004
The “Roaming Texans” microbox is located in River Point Park in Garden City, ID, near the “Eyes out Monster” box. This box was left for the enjoyment of our friends in Boise friends, which planned a great gathering for Silver Eagle and I (Baby Bear) on our visit to Idaho in July of 2004.
Directions:
Directions: Take Exit 46, Eagle Road, north. Turn right onto Chinden Blvd. Turn left onto Glenwood. Turn right onto Marigold St. and park in the dirt parking lot next to the river.
To the Microbox:
Take the bike path west along the Boise river. You will pass the River Pointe Park on your left and keep next to the river until you reach the small bridge. Cross over the bridge, and get down to the left side base (south east). The microbox is up under the medal bean, near the concrete support (about 6 inches toward the creek). Reach up and back toward you.
