Replaced...again on 24 JULY 2005.

This is the third carving. PLEASE be sure to wedge the box between the rocks as securely as possible! This park tends to have a high level of foot traffic. You may wish to retrieve this one on a rainy day...

C. C. Bell Park is located in Houston on Montrose, just south of Highway 59 and between Banks and Milford Streets. This small park was established in 1992 and has an Italian origin. The Italian Cultural and Community Center is located kitty-corner from the park.

Clues to find The Bell of Montrose microbox:

Look where the great discoverer points and you will see
A concrete bench sitting next to a tree.
Go to the bench and turn around
Cuz there's a letterbox that wants to be found.
Take a gaze out across the park
Look at the bridge on the right -- that's your mark.
From the center of the bridge, look south across the pond,
Your prize is in the bushes just beyond.
Look for a triangular rock which stands up tall --
You're so close it's no real distance at all.
Look between the rocks, about a foot from the base,
The box is wedged in tight, just in case.
After stamping, re-wedge the box with care
So the next one along will be able to find it there.
