Pesuta Trail LbNA # 10438 (ARCHIVED)
|Placed Date||Aug 25 2004|
|County||British Columbia, CAN|
The wreck of the Pesuta lays off the east coast of the Queen Charolette Islands on East Beach. Just north of Tlell is a turn off and a trail head. Watch for the turn just after crossing the bridge. If I take the low trail and you take the high trail you'll find the treasure before me. Fifteen (15) paces from the parking lot sign further into the forest will take you to where you should search. Good Luck from Clay Goddess and Shutter Tripper.
Continuing the hike brings one through beautiful coastal rainforest and then down to the Tlell river and further to East beach.....a long stretch of sandy beach and finally to the wreck of the Pesuta. Bring water for the hike and a swimsuit for the end of the hike.....oh yes....the hike is best done at low tide as one may become stranded or unable to get to the wreck during high tide....hehehe.
