Paw Paw, WV is named for North America's largest edible fruit, the pawpaw, which grows abundantly in WV. Paw Paw is home to the West Virginia High School Boy's Basketball Career Scoring Record Holder, Josh Delawder. It is bordered by the Potomac River. Just over the Potomac is the location of the Paw Paw Tunnel that is part of the C&O canal.

DIRECTIONS:
Entering Paw Paw from RT51 in Maryland:
After crossing the Potomac River bridge continue on WV RT9 E for .7 miles. Turn right onto Moser Avenue proceeding .1 of a mile to the stop sign. Turn left onto Winchester Street and the park will be .1 of a mile on the left.

Entering Paw Paw from WV RT9 W.
Take the first left onto Moser Avenue at the bottom of the hill entering Paw Paw. Proceed .1 of a mile to the stop sign. Turn left onto Winchester Street and the park will be .1 of a mile on the left.

CLUES
Just past the red brick building at the entrance to the park there will be parking. After you park follow the road into the park you will find a section of guardrail to the left of the road. The box is located under the guardrail at the end that enters the ground, concealed behind a rock.
