Georgia Peanut LbNA # 10617 (ARCHIVED)
|Placed Date||Sep 4 2004|
|Location||George L. Smith State Park, GA|
This was so easy to find, I convoluted the clues just a bit to make it more fun. It's only about a quarter mile roundtrip, and the park is great. Happy hunting.
You will find a peanut
Under a hunk of tree skin
At the base of what remains of a pine
10 paces southeast of a bench
To the right of some southward steps
To the left of the generator and turbine
That can’t be missed
After strolling where wagons once rumbled through
Next to maps and information about the park’s namesake
About 100 feet Northeast of three large posts next to a flagpole
Close to the ranger’s station.
