*** Report is that this box may be missing.

Upon arrival at this very important and historic Mayan and Toltec site, take time to listen and learn as much as you have time for. Being sure to save time for a visit to El Bano de Vapor.
When you arrive, look for the information plaque and following the lead of the Mayan architect and their obsession with symmetry, face the plaque before moving to stand with your left shoulder against the corner, behind and to the left. Looking across the plaque from behind, line up the "true" top left with the " true" bottom right corner to spot the resting place of "Chichen Itza" , like many undiscovered sites in the Yucatan - it is amidst roots and beneath rubble.
Please let us know if you find this box, as, regrettably, it may be awhile before we return .
