Happy Snail LbNA #11006

The Happy Snail box is located in Memorial Park on highway 3 in New Castle, IN. Enter the park off of highway 3. When you get just into the park, there will be a pond on the right. After that is another pond, this one with a fountain in the middle of it. Follow the road around the second pond til you get to the stop sign. From there, take the road that is diagonally ahead to the left. This road goes up a small hill. Drive past the shelter house and a couple of other buildings. When you get to the Neal Reeves building on the left, park there. Go up Aunt Winnie's steps. From the far right corner of the shelter, to the right of the fireplace, go almost north to a narrow trail opening. From the start of the trail, take about 16 paces. There may be a pile of sticks and branches to your right, just beside the trail. Look left for an old crumbling stump. Happy Snail, #7 in our kids' series, has taken up residence inside.
