Tar Hollow
State: Ohio
County: Ross
City: Laurelville
Placed: Sept. 18, 2004
Difficulty: Easy (Bring stamp pad and pencil)
Go to the Northridge Campground (sites 101-112). At the information sign take a reading of 30 degrees. Go 6 paces (a pace is about 2 steps or five feet). At 280 degrees, triple those paces. Bear 10 degrees and go 7 paces. You should be standing near 2 logs criss-crossing at the base of a tree. Tar Hollow is beneath a piece of real natural asphalt under those logs. Rehide discreetly and email us if ya find it!
