This is an easy drive-by.
Fom I-80 east bound, stop at the Kimball East Bound Rest Area. It's about half way between Pine Bluffs, Wyoming and Kimball, Nebraska.
Follow the parking lot sidewalk to the east end pet area. Note the arc of junipers bordering the lawn area from the field. There are 2 Pet Exercise signs behind this arc of junipers. The second sign has a yellow sign mounted on it.
From this second sign, go 38 steps along the back of the junipers. Then go to the left (east) 11 steps to a "cemented" dirt flattish mound. There is a small flattened bush (as I found it) in front of this ledge. Check under loose rocks between the bush & ledge for the box.
Please re-hide well, and be discreet. This can be a busy area with dog-walkers, cars leaving and truck parking.
