This letterbox is located in a park that is found very close to a Canada/United States border crossing. The name of the park starts with an “A” – but that is as much information about the park that we are going to give you.
Once you get there you want to enter the park from the entrance on 8th. As you drive in you will see a small parking area and a trail almost immediately on your right. Park there and begin your search on the trail head.
Box #1
This first box should be easy enough is totally kid friendly, dog friendly as long as your dog is on a leash and you pick up a poop disposal bag at the trail head.
Follow the trail until you get to a wooden fence and you can see the corner of 272nd and 8th. Stand in the V of the fence facing 272nd. Now count the intersections of the fence starting with the one directly in front of you. Do you know what a prime number is? The box is located at the intersection of a prime number.
Box #2
This second box may be a bit harder, and probably a little frustrating, but hey there is a letterbox at the end
Start at the V of the fence mentioned in the above clue and then follow these directions:
80 paces @ 80 degrees
140 paces @ 140 degrees
30 paces @ 330 degrees
50 paces @ 150 degrees
28 paces @ 280 degrees
4x14 paces @ 140 degrees
From where you are standing the letterbox waits for you to find it at a compass bearing of 63 degrees.
