The 4K's discover their first 3 letterboxes and enjoyed it so much, we wanted to make our own. Here it is, The Purple Thumbs Up! We enjoyed the hunting so much, we thought it would be fun to give other's a chance to do some discovering!

In a small community park in Norton, MA, there are many places to hide. We found a good place to start. Here are the directions!

Exit #10 off Rte 495, East Main Street to traffic light. Take left on Rte #140 to Woodward street on right. Go to end of Woodward, take a left on South worsester street. Take a right on John Scott Blvd. to Parker Street on left. Gate to recreation area is on the left.

Park the car by the gate. Pass four giant tires on your right and look for the blue Water Meter cover. Stand upon the meter cover and face the ball field. Walk 50 paces forward. Turn to your left about 45 degrees and walk to the 2nd yellow pole. Turn to your right and follow the tree line to the end of the first fence. Take a left at the end of the fence. Walk into rocky area (not too rocky) and follow the path to the right. Walk straight toward the appr. 30" dead tree laying dormant on the ground. Turn left and follow dead tree to its stump. At the stump in front of you is a very large pine tree. Walk toward the pine tree, to the right of it. There is an arch formed by the limb of a tree. Resting on the arch is another tree laying down. Follow that tree to the bottom of the oak tree it rests upon. Look for a couple of long rectangular rocks at the base of the oak.

Please let us know that you were there!

Have fun and many thanks,
The 4K's!
