Distance to box: 50 yards

This box is located in the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Exit I30 westbound at Lancaster. Turn right on Main St. and turn left on Commerce. Park in front of the Texas Wesleyan Law School and enter the gardens at the intersection of E 14th St. and Commerce St.

This box is a memorial to the four souls taken to heaven last summer in a tragic accident at the Active Pool. You will see a large fence around the Active Pool. Follow the fence on the west side of the pool. Go south along the fence. Turn right and continue along fence. You will see three trees on your left. Go down ramp. Take the first right after the ramp. Take the first set of stairs on your left. Go down 4 steps and continue to next four steps and go down those. From the bottom of the steps proceed at a bearing of 215 degrees to a lone bush at the top of three steep "steps". Climb up to the west side of the bush. Smell the fragrance of the bush! Box is located under branches right next to the concrete step.

The Water Gardens are a gem of Fort Worth designed by architect Phillip Johnson and were used in the filming of Logan's Run in the 1970's. The city is studying how to fix the Active Pool to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again. Enjoy each day to the fullest and hug your loved ones! Life is precious.
