One of the newest sports attractions in Greenville, this is a great spot for adults and kids. Bring a picnic lunch, your in-line skates, and any other sporting equipment. Play in the huge playground castle, or fish off the pier!
Directions to the Sports Park:
From I-30, exit Hwy 34 North.
From 34 N turn left on Kari Ln. This will lead you straight into the park.
Clues to the Letterbox:
Drive past the fire station, past the soccer fields, past the baseball fields, past the Castle playground and turn right. Park in the parking lot between the Pavillion, skate area and BB court. Take the sidewalk from the BB court towards the pond. At the tree line turn right. About 10 yards in there should be a birdhouse on a pole. From the birdhouse, go about 25 steps SW. Find the double trunk tree. About 4 feet up in the trunk of the this double tree is the box.
This is heavily wooded. Please wear socks and shoes. This is not a good sandal wearing box.
