Coming out of Warriors Path State Park onto Fall Creek Rd. pass the golf course look to the left for Cedar Branch Rd. turn left onto it. Follow it around several "S" curves look to the left for a parking area and yes you are in the Park again.Look at the sign map to get oriented. You will always bear left to go to the Wetlands/Boardwalk area. Start down the path, you will notice an old springhouse on the right ,go over the gray footbridge and bear left.Walk up trail it will soon flatten out. Birdhouse on the left.Start downhill. Meadow on your right , then you will see a people home on the left and a bird home on the right. You will see a (Fork in the Road Sign) keep left you will see a giant oak tree and vineyard to the left. Then a bench on the left also with a big Cedar tree directly behind it, with it's branches actually over the bench. Look behind the tree for the first box.
Please cover well.
Keep on the trail for box #2.
On down trail Big birdhouse on the left . Cross over logs on the path. Notice the enormous Maple tree on your left. (A Change of Plans) sign on left keep left at fork.See the bench on the left cross footbridge and see a (Tracks tells Tales)sign just before it. You will see a gate and fence go thru it and you will see the Boardwalk. You will see (Wetlands are Wet) sign.bear left on the boardwalk .Take a detour and goleft and read sign and see the creek dissapear into caves. Now back onto the boardwalk path we were going .Boardwalk stops within a few feet onto a path just before you get back onto next boardwalk to continue the loop back, look left for a dead stump on the bank.Look in front of it for box #2. Go on around Boardwalk then path and boardwalk again.Trail will take you back .
Be sure to carry some drinks with you since it is up & down hills. But well worth it to see Sinking Creek sink into caves.
