About one mile one way on flat pavement. Dogs allowed on leash.

Directions: From the intersection of Rt. 4 and Rt. 179, take 179 north a short way and turn left onto Ford Rd. Drive 0.9 miles and take the first left (just below the Phelps Dam). Drive 0.2 miles and turn right onto Clearbrook Rd. (sign is high on a pole on the left) to the end and a yellow gate. Park near the gate but do not block it.

Clues: Walk down the paved road along the reservoir until the reservoir ends and Clear Brook begins, about three quarters of a mile. Soon you should see a little greyish/white shed on the bank of the brook. There will be guardrails on the right side of the road at this point (guardrails are no longer here). Calling this set of guardrails number one, you need to go to the third set and look on the left for a large moss covered boulder with a split rock in front of it (unfortunately the guardrails have been removed so you must watch for this rock). In the back of the split rock is Breezy Hill covered with leaves. After hiding it better than you found it, go back the way you came.
