NOTICE: THIS BOX IS AGAIN MISSING.
Centennial Park is located on the east side of old 31 on the north
end of Plymouth. When you enter the park drive east and cross the covered bridge. Check out all the activities the park offers the community. Everything from swimming and baseball to horseshoes and skate boarding and of course basketball. After you have checked out this great park return to the main entrance area and park in the area of the curly cue slide that many generations of children have enjoyed.
North of the skate boarding and horseshoe areas is a bench in loving memory of Rosalie. (** see note) Sit there awhile and notice what you are in the middle of. Rosalie's heart is pointing to 6 stone steps that will take you to a higher tree lined plane. Continue walking and notice two sets of steps that descend and become one. Standing on the second step on the northern most stairway enjoy the view. At your left foot you will find what you seek.
***Note: Rosalie's bench was removed when we went to place this letterbox. I'm hoping it was removed for the winter and will reappear in the spring. Rosalie's heart (along with 2 big rocks) is still there to point you in the right direction.
