Leo can be found in the Broad Cove Conservatiion Area, West Entrance on rte 138 at the Somerset/Dighton town line.
Park in lot and take trail marked by 2 boulders into the woods.
Follow the white trail markers through the woods. Pass by a trail on the right marked with yellow markers (this trail goes to the river)
At three way intersection take NE trail to the left of two large boulders. Look for a triple trunked birch on the right side of the trail and in front of the boulder.
Behind this birch tucked under the north face of the boulder and under a flat rock the lion sleeps.
Please replace as described and cover any visible edges with leaf litter. Thanks for finding Leo!
