Mystical Tome, Magic Wand, and Mischievous Familiar

Oh what’s a wizard to do? Upon entering my master’s workshop I noticed my magical devices were missing and my familiar is nowhere to be found! Oh what shall I do when my master finds out? Perhaps you could help me find my magical tome, mystic wand and mischievous familiar before my master returns.
We sorcerers like to be surrounded by the forces that grant us power when we practice our arts. The Air that surrounds us, the Earth beneath our feet, cool Water to refresh our bodies, and the Fire of life which we carry in our hearts. Your quest begins in the town of Canton on Walpole Street you can get here from Neponset St. off route 95. Walpole street is the last right just before the Viaduct, A large stone train bridge. Follow Walpole street into Sharon and soon you will see a flight of wooden stairs on your left leading into the forest with a sign that says entrance to Warner’s Trail. Parking is very limited, possibly 3 or 4 cars depending on how you park, but I’ve never had a problem anytime I’ve ever been.
Begin by walking up the staircase and following the trail to your right. A short way up the trail you will see a large group of stones to your left. At the Y take the left hand path toward the stones at a heading of 120 degrees. When you reach the second large stone turn to 60 degrees and walk to the even larger group “the living stones” in front of you. Work around the now fallen tree and stand with your back to the large pine tree in the center of the stones and face southeast The magical tome is underneath the stone on your right.
Now that you’ve found my Mystical Tome return to the main trail and continue to follow it until you come to the end. Take this left and continue straight on this trail until you pass a small stream on your left. Shortly after this the trail will bend and begin uphill You will see a small trail to your left at 160 degrees across the trail from 2 large stones. Follow this path till you come to a concrete wall. Standing on the end of the wall walk 7 paces down the wall. You will see a fallen tree on your right at the base of the wall. Carefully climb down and the Magic Wand is located underneath.
Now that you’ve found my Mystic Wand it’s time to track down the culprit who hid my magical items. Return to the trail and begin walking back the way you came. Along the way you will 2 large boulders approximately 5 to 6 feet tall and about 2 feet apart on your right in the shadow of the mountain. Walk 25 paces starting at the second boulder. You will see the remnants of an old stone wall on your right. Walk 7 steps off the trail on your left at 250 degrees. You will see a 3 trunked tree to the left of a stone. My Mischievous Familiar is hiding behind the tree under sticks and leaves.
