From the post, for kids its "8 paces towards the Bilmar and 3 paces towards the road and she dug only about a foot."
You may want to contact Grandma Barb as the original page that had photo clues is gone.
NOTE from the replacer: "My grand daughter and I painted a little treasure chest and buried it for you. There is now a bush growing in front of the sign and much more sea oats growing on the dune and farther. The paces have to be smaller as Aurora is only 8. She did the 8 paces towards the Bilmar and 3 paces towards the road and she dug only about a foot. The stamp she picked out was of a party horn, the kind you would blow and the paper on unrolls. We did not leave an ink pad. If you hide one in central Florida you can do it in Aurora's honor. It was fun, we both enjoyed it."--Grandma Barb
