Sister Grove Park is a 75 acre hike/bike trail located between Princeton and Farmersville. There are two trails, each about 3 miles long, which form a figure 8. The park is for daytime use only. Restroom and covered pavillions with grills are available for use. For the really intrepid boxers, a trail bike ride or hike could make this a full (and exhausting) day. For pictures and a map, www.dorba.org/images/trails/maps/sg_map.jpg is a good site.

Directions to the park:
Take Highway 380 east from McKinney to Lake Lavon. As you cross the bridge, you will see another smaller bridge connecting the highway to an "island", where Sister Grove Park is located. Follow the brown signs to the park.

Clues to the box:
If you are feeling adventurous, take the trail route from Box #1 to Box #2. This box is at Signpost #8.
If time or energy is an issue, it is possible to go directly to Signpost #8. All trails converge here.
At Signpost #8, you will see a large brown sign indicating you are entering Corps of Engineering property. The letterbox is hidden about 18" past the right post of this sign, nestled in vines and sticks. Please recover it well.
