Coming from Knoxville, go West on I-40 to Highway 111-S. Hit the 70-E and go to Jack Hudson Road. Take a right.
Coming from Nashville take the I-40 East, go South on 56 toward Smithville. Take the 70-E to Laurel Hill Road, and make a left. You will see a church on a little hill that's where you will take a left and go behind a metal building and a mobile home. While sitting on the small dirt road behind the two buildings look for "Steele".
Behind Alling and Nancy you will see a cement stone coming out of the ground. Under the stone, dig deep, is what you're looking for. Leave the box to rest in peace just as this couple has been for over 100 years. If you wish to go sightseeing after your journey, just up the road is the beautiful Center Hill Lake, with one of the homes of Alan Jackson and Grandpappy! I highly recommend a stop at Stan's, just up the road, for excellent barbeque. Stan moved, but there is still excellent barbeque.
