Yocco’s Letterbox may be missing yet again. Proceed with adjusted expectations.

*urp* ‘scuse me

Yocco’s is an Allentown based chain of Hot Dogs, and the founders are relatives of Lee Iaccoca. The local PA Germans could not pronounce Iacocca back in the early 1900’s, and the founders changed the name to Yocco’s top match their pronunciation. Have a couple dogs with cheese and everything. Neutralize with sufficient Chocolate Milk. Order quickly, this place works like the Soup Joint in Seinfeld, or else “No Dogs for You!”

This letterbox is in a suburban park and some walking along streets is necessary, so be careful. SPOR = Suspicious Pile of Rocks, OB = Original Bearing (130).

Start at Yocco’s West, 2128 West Hamilton St., Allentown. From the Royal Landscaping, follow the eponymously named road at OB°. At the narrow bridge, (OB-40)° and proceed along the north edge of Reading Rd. At St. Elmo’s cross Reading and St. Elmo to cross the bridge with the metal guard rail. Pass Joe’s Lake the metal skaters and then cross a wooden bridge over to your right. From this bridge go to the stone pillar at (OB+90)°, from there go to the second pillar at (OB+50)°. Do you feel like performing? This amphitheatre was a WPA project during the 1930's. From there find the pile with the blue basket hanging off the side at (OB-5)°. Step away from the basket and find metal grate bridge at (OB+60)°. Be careful crossing road. From west side of bridge, spot the giant’s filing system at (2*OB-30)° and a green structure at (2*OB+45)°. Yocco’s box is at the tree at (2*OB+35)°, 45 paces distant, SW side under SPOR. The tree is a non-conifer, in case you are interested.

First finder apparently the barking spiders HH, something often associated with Yocco’s Hot Dogs.
