12/08: Box might be missing. Not confirmed by placer yet. One missing report.
Clues:
From downtown Nappanee, head east down US 6 until you reach CR 7 (the stoplight by the Arby's). Take a left on CR 7 until you reach the second left. At the second left, by the McCormick's Creek Golf Course sign, take a left. Cross the bike path and turn right at the first dirt road. Follow this road to a parking lot.
Enter Borkholder Environmental Center through the arch. Follow the concrete pathway to the building. When you reach the building, walk to the end of the wooden fence on the right side of the building. Take a reading of 330 degrees, follow heading 35 paces to path that leads into the woods. Follow the path into the woods, cross a bridge made from railroad ties and soon the path will end at a T intersection. Take a left and walk until you reach a tree on the right that is painted white in the middle. From this tree, take a reading of 350 degrees to a decaying stump. Next to the stump you will see a small, red spotted tree. Next to the tree find the box under a small "stump". NOTE: Stay clear of the larger stump, there is a bees nest in there. They won't bother you unless you go diggin' in!
