December 19, 2008 - Currently the boxes that were listed as "abandoned" under WD'A have been placed under me. Capperpillar and I have pulled some of the abandoned boxes (that were still alive) and are hoping that WD'A will come to the Gathering in January so we can help her update and re-plant her boxes. Until that time we cannot guarantee that any of her boxes are currently alive and/or what condition they are in. More details to come.

"Sweet violet": a symbol of tender sentiment and virtuous mosesty. A source of perfume since ancient times.
A nosegay of sweet violets surrounded by their leaves is a delightful, old-fashioned birthday gift.
Or give a sweet violet plant for and April birthday. For fragrance choose "White Czar",or "Royal Robe" The most desirable of all is the "Parma" violet. Just a packet of sweet violet seeds makes a charming gift, planted in April to bloom in the fall.
THE SENSE OF SMELL IS THE MOST POWERFUL OF THE SENSES FOR IT REACHES AND TEACHES THE HEART.
Placed here because it was my childhood playground (traditions past)and in honor of my mom whos birthday was in April.
