Find your new queen and face north. ( The queen is north and the band shell is south)
take a stroll along the royal gardens following the path North, then East and then South (yes this is almost a circle but the gardens are well worth the stroll :-)
Find the gaurded bridge that you may not be allowed to cross. Depends on mood of the gaurds that day.
Stand by the south west pole or the bridge enclosure to find The Red One. Approach it. (don't worry it doesn't bite)
From there conquer the castle and asend to your throne room to look down on your kingdom.
Look South West to the peasents shack and livery.
Decend one of the escape chutes and head toward the shack about 54 paces (according to KarateGrrl who is 8 and has short legs)
But don't be decieved. Under the western door of the shack is where your prize awaits.
This park is real crown jewl of our city so be sure to check out the whole thing while you are there. The Kingdom of McKennan Park is a real treasure!
This box was put together by Girl Scout Troop 524 one nasty blustery day and hidden by KarateGrrl and her family on an equally nasty day. So enjoy finding it! And have fun at the park and play for a while.
This box is easy to find and wheel chair accessable (except for the castle, and if you don't mind off roading it a bit ) My baby was able to walk the distance several times over. No sweat :)
