Easy drive-by with a 1/2 mile walk.
Directions:
From Moab, head north on Hwy 191 a couple of miles until you reach Arches National Park. This box is not in the Park, but is nearby. As you make the turn into the Park, there is a small parking area immediately to your right. There are signs that indicate 10 minute parking. Along the main road, there is a bike trail. You will want to walk south along this trail. About 1/4 mile down the trail, you will see three large rocks on the right hand side, in a row. On your left, you will see a green electrical box. Keep walking! Walk about 50 more yards past the last large rock, and you will come to another large rock on the left hand side of the trail, sitting alone. Look behind and under this rock for the box.
After you find the box, go into the Park, and enjoy some of the most amazing Arches you will ever see! There are many short hikes that will take you to some amazing Arches, and it is definitely worth the trip. Make sure to bring plenty of water (at least 1 ltr. per person) with you in the summer. It can get extreemely hot!
This area is very populated and open, so please be discreet.
Handmade stamp and journal
