There are boxes hidden throughout the state in this series.
This is a letterbox series dedicated to the Junior Ranger Program at our
beautiful State Park Campgrounds. The Junior Ranger Program is for kids
and teaches them about our Parks. They have passport books to follow
and check off each task and then they are rewarded with cool kids stuff.
Be sure to check this program out on your next campout. (Only at State
Park Campgrounds)

CAUTION
Many of these parks are in Cougar country. If yo see a Cougar, stand tall and make noise. Do not bend over or crouch. Do not run. This is also Rattlesnake country. I always bring a stick to poke around in front of me. Take care and always read the waiver and responsibility.
To Bring: Hiking stick, water, green, black, brown and blue markers.
Box 2- Willamette Valley Fall Creek Reservoir
Find Fall Creek Reservoir and as you get to the fork in the road below the dam look for "Sky Camp" and follow the road up just past the dam and park in the parking area on the left. Walk back down the road along the guardrail... past the road the goes along the top of the dam...along the guardrail again to a yellow gate. Follow this gravel road down the hill. Stay close to the bottom of the dam (rocks), and follow until you can't go any further. Turn left and follow the cliffs edge to a big tree. Look in near the trunk and see a few stray rocks from the dam. You found JR!
