This Box is left in memory of my father who died suddenly last summer. My dad loved Bryce Resort and enjoyed our many letterboxing advenutres.
My mom will be up at Bryce in early March if anyone has a chance to visit this box before March 14 it would mean alot to her to see some stamp in the book.
From the Route 81 Exit at Mt. Jackson Exit take Route 263 west. A
half hour's drive brings you Basye, Virginia. Turn right at the
Bryce Resort Sign on to Resort Drive. Go 1.6 miles on Resort Drive
to Fairway Drive. Turn left onto Fairway Drive then left again on
Fairway North Drive. At the end of Fairway North Drive park your car and walk toward the creek. To your right along the creek is a path to a foot bridge. Facing the foot bridge turn right and travel 13 paces toward the golf course. Stop take 2 pacesto the left toward a large vine covered tree. Look for a neatly stacked pile of rocks.
Remember this is at the edge of a golf course. Do not walk on the golf course and watch for golfers in the area.
