Drive on the "grape tree" that bisects Hays.
Turn east at James A Michener's novel until you meet our local military namesake.
You should now be looking at a Campbellite Castle.
Follow the Garbage Truck Trail toward the rising sun and look for a gaseous explosive measurement and transfer unit on your left.
Under that unit, the letterbox is covered by a natural guardian, Mr. Sparkles.
Flash him a smile and gently lift him to reveal your prize.
