VERY easy drive by

this is an orphan. This one was fun on our road trip back to Canada, thus the name, "On The Road again. It has a handcarved stamp and is a very easy drive by with a very short walk in the grass. My dear husband is really getting into this! We stopped at the California Welcome Centre in Anderson. Hmm, more aptly named the goodbye Center on this leg of our trip. LOL. Also note the two spellings on 'center', one to honor/honour my American brother and sisters, and one to be true to our home country of Canada. Oy vey!

This was quite the find, however, as my dear husband was scouting out the grounds on where to plant the letterbox, he stumbled across a great find. He came running back to us and said, "Wow! did I ever find a BIG letterbox, come and see." We followed him out back and opened the geocache he had stumbled across, "California Dreamin". Now we will not give away it's location, but our letterbox is real close. This Welcome Centre has a lot of interesting 'stuff' inside. So if you arrive while it is open, enjoy. Our children loved to climb on the grizzly's back. If it is closed, you will still be able to find the letterbox.

Clues:
Once you have enjoyed the Welcome Centre, or if you are eager to get to the letterbox, proceed to the back entrance/exit of the welcome center. You are facing a tiny grass hill. You will see three flag poles. Face the one most to your left and walk towards it, the first pole. Once you arrive at this flag post you should turn towards the stripmall and find yourself lined up with many flag poles. stop at this flag pole and drop to your knees. Under the 'silver cap' you shall find your treasure.
Be sure to be discreet and relocate it just as you have found it once you enjoy the logbook and stamp. Please contact the placer to let us know how it is faring. A brand new hand carved stamp, with new imnaqge is in place. The first stamp went missing.
