These are VERY EASY letterboxes. Some might consider them a drive by.
#1 Take 31 South to Waites Corner. (just keep driving, you'll see the welcome sign.) Just after you enter Waites Corner there'll be a sign on your left for Crocker Technical Papers Truck Turning and Parking. Park here. Find the fence behind the sign (be sure not to lean on it...not too sturdy). Once at the fence turn left and follow it to the corner where three trees are growing out of the wall on one side and some spruce line the way on the other. Look down at this point and notice the small square stone. Here lies Alvah 2 Crocker...Hope you found it easy! Please re-hide carefully!

#2 Take 31 north to main st in Fitchburg. When you see the Boulder watch carefully for circle st on you right. Turn there and park next to the stairs on your right. Face the stairs and count five columns to your left. At that column, turn and cross the street. walk straight to a three trunked tree. The Crocker Field Box is in the middle of that tree under a rock or two.
