Wesley Grove United Methodist Church, Woodfield Road (124)Gaithersburg, Maryland. This is more located in Damascus/Laytonsville area rather than Gaithersburg. Check out the web site for more information.
Park in the large parking lot for the church close to the baseball field. Look to the right of the fence in the wooded area and follow the fence line down into the woods. Keep an eye to the left as you near the sopt in the baseball field fence where there is an entrance to center field. When you get close to this location, look left where an old barbed wire fence lays against the ground and a make-shift "bridge" of loge allows access to the green grass around the baseball fence. Under the first few logs of the "bridge" is the treasure you seek. Please be discrete and rehide carefully.
Well, an easier way to get this box is th walk down the hill from the parking lot onto the ball field and walk to the opening in center field. Walk through and to the right and look for two black walnut trees within two feet of one another. Walk toward them and look down where you will find a pile of logs/planks. Look under the farthest two away from tou and find the box.
