******This letterbox was relocated on August 21, 2005, for safety reasons.
If you have travelled west on Hwy 20 from Rockford to Freeport you may know exactly where this letterbox is. Just as you enter Stphenson County you will get the message. For those of you who need a little more help it is on the right side of the highway. After you have gotten the message, please continue on until you reach the next road. Holland Church road is about 1/2 mile further. Take a right. Almost immediatley the road will change to gravel. Once the driving surface has changed, count 10 telephone poles on your left. In between the 10th and 11th pole you will notice a tree on the right hand side of the road. Be sure to pull off of the road. This does not seem to be a very busy road, but as always be cautious. What you are seeking is about eye level in the tree, at least it is eye level with me.
If you are traveling east on Hwy 20 your prize will be before your sign. Holland Church road is about a mile east of Rock City road. After stamping in I do suggest travelling east to see this unique sign. The next road east is Farwell Bridge road. You can use it to turn yourself around.
Hide well after stamping in. Also, be sure to visit the other letterboxes around Stephenson County.
