rated: easy 1 hour or less makes this park a two-for
In Mansfield Center take rte 195 to Clover Mill Rd. follow that to signs for the park on rt. it is also the driveway to the town garage and dog pound. Park car and enter park.
Walk across the dam
Come to 2 trails take the right ( Nipmuck )
Follow Blue Dots
On left see high up a humongous pile of logs
Walk on a little more
Then see a huge mountain of rocks up on the left
Go to the huge mountain of rocks
See the ancient grape vines
Right near them find the Paw Print letterbox under a flat rock in the hollow of a tree
After stamping secretly continue down the trail a little to see the remains of an old mill dam in the brook.
You can return the way you came or follow trail to Schoolhouse Brook Park.
