A Walk IN THE PARK

You will want to find Henry Schuette Park/Community Built Playground, once their find the wooden steps in the trees that lead down to the parking lot area of lower schuette park, from here you will see a service road to your right with a chain across it,proceed up the hill, once on top you will see an exercise trail on the far right take this trail all the way around until you arrive at the Overhead Ladder Bars(monkey bars) continue down the trail, on your left will be a small dirt path with 3 posts sticking out of it. Stop here. approximately 18 paces west will be a small dirt path on the right, take this path this is the ridge path walk the ridge until you see the humped tree on your left with an old rotted tree fallen across the trail this is about 3/4 of the way down the trail. Climb up to the humped tree. Face the river and you will see a large tree with roots growing out of it. The letter box is hidden within the roots of the tree. (Hint: left side of the tree ) on your way back to upper Schuette park you may want to enjoy the Community Built Playground. Good Hunting.
