STAMP CARVED BY GIRAFFE SAM, AGE 10. Take Route 171 PAST Woodstock Fair Grounds on your right. Bear right onto Roseland Park Road. Proceed past first (often gated) entrance to Roseland Park. Drive past the ball fields. Then you will see the second entrance to the park on your right. Shortly after you turn into the park, take the dirt road/path almost immediately on your left. This will lead down toward the lake and boat ramp. The dirt road will then turn to the left and be joined on the right by another dirt road. Keep going straight. Proceed past the little shack on the right and pass under the utility lines crossing overhead. Pull into the boat ramp parking circle which has a tree in the center and park. Get out of your car. Walk back toward the shack. Just before you reach the shack (which should be on your left) you will see three large hardwoods close together. The trees are about 14 steps from the path on your left. Look down close to the ground under a shrub, leaves, and branches and you will find your surprise. Good luck.
